The Argyll-Ruane Ltd group comprising of Ruane & T P O'Neill (Training) Northern Test Centre (Certification) and Level III Services (Consultancy) provides a comprehensive range of Inspection & NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) courses, examinations and consultancy services and operates via it purpose designed centres in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and Halesowen, West Midlands.

We have multiple examination location access world-wide. Our range of courses and examinations are one of the worlds largest provision via a single source. As part or our Level III consultancy team we offer an extensive service including procedure writing, quality manuals, review of procedures and audit.
