ARL do however, feel a significant number of companies have decided to embark on recruitment of new staff, Obviously, this is a significant investment in terms of time and cost especially costs relating to the formal training of new staff. With immediate effect ARL are introducing to the market a 4 week programme, which will be flexible in the methods available which can include Ultrasonic, Magnetics, Penetrant, Radiographic Interpretation, Visual and Basic Radiation Safety. The courses chosen are up to the clients and their needs and can include pre-approval options. Whats the catch, well this programme is for new recruits, (any age profile) the 4 weeks must occur within a 12 month period from the commencement of the first course and only 5 places are available per company. The 4 weeks can be taken as separate weeks or linked. A normal 4 week programme of this type would typically cost in the order of £2180 plus VAT. ARL make the offer on the basis of £995 plus VAT.
