A new staff member in Northern Test Centre!        back Due to the expansion of the Northern Test Centre activities and to assist the Chief Examiner John Moody, Argyll-Ruane Ltd have appointed Keith Moat into the role of Office Administrator. However, Keith comes to Argyll-Ruane with a wealth of experience, Keith has several years of experience in the NDT disciplines including EN 473 certification. We hope Keith will become a familiar face to the many visitors to Northern Test Centre.
