Cathodic Protection Technician - Buried Applications (Underground & Immersed Metallic Structures) ICorr Level 1 
Description
This course is approved by the Institute of Corrosion (UK). The course and examination are in compliance with BS EN 15257:2006. The course is designed to prepare individuals for the ICorr Cathodic Protection of Buried Applications (underground and immersed metallic structures) Level 1 examination and is suitable for candidates with or without experience in cathodic protection but note that full certification to this level requires a minimum duration of approved experience; see separate panel headed 'Certification to BS EN 15257'. The course is also suitable for those who merely require an appreciation of the protection of Buried Applications (Underground and immersed metallic structures) without pursuing certification.

  • The topics of this course are fully set out and described in BS EN 15257 at Annex B1 and B2.
